It should be up to the *parents* to decide whether to pay their child to do well in school. I did. I told my daughter that if she didn't do well in school, she should get used to being poor. She graduated high school with a 4.2 average. :)

Is this being paid for by the EU and USA, just like in Georgia and Ukraine?
